1 - raw materials: (pph raffia) made of 100% virgin pure
2 - calcium carbonate: as per costumer’s requirements
3 - treatment: uv stabilized as per costumer’s requirements
4 - master batch ( color) : as per costumer’s requirements
5 - width: from 25 cms to 120 cms
6 - length: as per costumer’s requirements.
7 - mesh weave: from (7*7 cm) to ( 14*14).
8 - Denier: from 400 D to 2000 D
9 - weight/cm2: from 42 gsm to 140 gsm.
10 - top: heat cut mouth + bottom with zigzag- open mouth bags – handle
11 - bottom: single or double folded, single or double stitched sewing with zigzag.
12 - printing: maximum 6 colors apply on one or two sides.
13 - special requirements: liner- lamination and pop: as per costumer’s requirements
14 - packing: will be in bales of 1000 or 500 pcs in bundles 50 or 100 pcs as per costumer’s requirements.
